Which devices and languages are supported?
RallyShot is available for iPhone and iPad. The app interface supports English and Simplified Chinese; this website supports more languages. An Android version is planned, but no launch date has been announced. Join the waitlist to be notified when it is available.
Why is my iCloud recording taking time to import?
An iCloud file must finish downloading before RallyShot can process it. Check your connection and available storage, then wait for the download to finish. Longer recordings also take more time to analyze on your device. Keep the app open while reviewing for the first time and while exporting.
Can I correct detection or export only one rally?
Yes. In Film Room, select a gap and use Set as rally to restore a missed rally. You can also remove segments, adjust their start and end points, split them, or merge them. To save just one rally, tap inside its timeline segment and choose Export rally. Your highlight marks stay saved for later exports.
Where are my videos stored, and what is training sharing?
Rally detection and export run on your iPhone or iPad. Matches are stored locally and do not sync automatically when you sign in on another device. Video sharing for AI training is on by default for new matches and allows shared footage to be uploaded to improve detection. Turn it off before you tap Review, or change the default in Profile. The privacy policy explains what is collected, how long it is kept, and how deletion works.
How do purchases and watermark controls work?
Check the purchase screen in the app for current prices and what is included. To restore a purchase, use Restore purchases with the Apple account you used to buy it. Anyone with export access can remove the watermark, including on the first free export. Prices are not listed here because offers can vary by region.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Use the account deletion option in the app, or email rallyshot.app@gmail.com for help. Include your account email and explain what you want deleted. Do not send your password. The privacy policy explains which records may be retained and how shared training footage is handled.
