For the fastest help, send a support note from inside RallyShot. In-app support includes the account and app context we need to investigate imports, rally review, exports, subscriptions, and account requests without asking you to repeat setup details.

Import and review

Get help when a recording will not import, rallies look incorrect, scoring needs review, or editing behavior does not match the match footage.

Export and sharing

Report failed exports, Photos save issues, highlight problems, quality concerns, or cases where a finished video is not ready to share.

Account and privacy

Ask about sign-in, account deletion, privacy requests, subscription access, or hosted data associated with your RallyShot account.

Contact support in the app

  2. 2Go to Profile.
  3. 3Choose Contact support and describe what happened.

Account deletion

Hosted account users can delete their account from the RallyShot account menu in the app. Account deletion removes hosted RallyShot account data associated with the account and deletes the hosted authentication account, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
