Agreement To These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of RallyShot. By using RallyShot, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or hosted services.

What RallyShot Provides

RallyShot helps badminton players import match recordings, review detected rallies, keep score, create highlights, and export finished videos. Some features run locally on your device, while hosted account, storage, analytics, and processing features may depend on network services.

Your Content And Permissions

You are responsible for the videos, scores, labels, edits, exports, and other content you import, create, upload, or share through RallyShot. You must have all rights and permissions needed to use that content, including permission from people who appear in recordings when required by law or applicable venue rules.

Review Required

Rally detection, scoring, editing, and highlight tools can be incomplete or inaccurate. RallyShot is provided as an editing and review tool, not as an official scoring, officiating, coaching, medical, or safety system. You should review rallies, scores, highlights, and exports before relying on them or sharing them.

Acceptable Use

You may not use RallyShot to violate the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload content you are not allowed to use, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer hosted systems except as permitted by law, or submit harmful code or abusive content.

Hosted Features And Changes

Hosted features may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued as RallyShot evolves. We may update the app or services to improve reliability, security, performance, or product behavior.

Subscriptions And Purchases

If RallyShot offers paid subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, purchase terms will be presented at the point of sale and may also be managed by the applicable app store. Subscription availability, pricing, trial length, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may depend on the platform through which you purchased.

Referral Rewards

When a referral campaign is available, an eligible new RallyShot account may enter one referral code within the stated account window. A referral becomes successful only after the referred account completes the required activation event within the qualification window. Campaign dates, supported app builds, eligibility, and per-referrer limits apply. Self-referral, duplicate claims, manipulation, and attempts to bypass account, installation, provider, or fraud controls are not permitted.

An earned reward is a durable, banked entitlement recorded to the eligible RallyShot account; it does not expire or start counting down when earned and has no cash value or transfer right. Rewards wait until current Pro access ends, only one referral reward can be scheduled or active at a time, and other earned rewards remain available for later. Depending on the account's verified billing relationship, fulfillment may be a RallyShot account grant or an Apple promotional offer. App-store eligibility, cancellation, verification, and billing rules still apply, and an active store subscription will not be replaced with a non-store grant merely to avoid those rules.

RallyShot may pause or close a campaign, freeze new qualification or fulfillment during an incident, reject ineligible activity, or revoke an unused reward for documented fraud or abuse. Those actions do not erase an already earned reward belonging to the other participant. If a fulfillment fails, is cancelled, times out, or cannot be verified, the same reward remains or returns to an available state after the system safely closes the attempt; RallyShot does not promise immediate provider availability.

Using referrals requires processing bounded referral account identifiers and a random installation identifier that is immediately HMACed by the server. The HMACed installation correlation supports duplicate and velocity controls and is not an advertising identifier or device fingerprint. Retention, hosting-log limits, and deletion handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion invalidates pending referral participation and revokes the deleting account's own referral rewards and access, while anonymized durable history may be retained for fraud, audit, and reward accounting. Deleting one account does not erase the other participant's earned reward. Customer-facing history does not reveal the friend's identity.

Disclaimers

RallyShot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyShot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or service interruptions arising from your use of RallyShot.

Termination

You may stop using RallyShot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted features if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation of a feature is no longer practical.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as RallyShot changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
