RallyShot Terms

Agreement To These Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of RallyShot. By using RallyShot, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or hosted services.
What RallyShot Provides
RallyShot helps badminton players import match recordings, review detected rallies, keep score, create highlights, and export finished videos. Some features run locally on your device, while hosted account, storage, analytics, and processing features may depend on network services.
Your Content And Permissions
You are responsible for the videos, scores, labels, edits, exports, and other content you import, create, upload, or share through RallyShot. You must have all rights and permissions needed to use that content, including permission from people who appear in recordings when required by law or applicable venue rules.
Review Required
Rally detection, scoring, editing, and highlight tools can be incomplete or inaccurate. RallyShot is provided as an editing and review tool, not as an official scoring, officiating, coaching, medical, or safety system. You should review rallies, scores, highlights, and exports before relying on them or sharing them.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RallyShot to violate the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload content you are not allowed to use, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer hosted systems except as permitted by law, or submit harmful code or abusive content.
Hosted Features And Changes
Hosted features may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued as RallyShot evolves. We may update the app or services to improve reliability, security, performance, or product behavior.
Subscriptions And Purchases
If RallyShot offers paid subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, purchase terms will be presented at the point of sale and may also be managed by the applicable app store. Subscription availability, pricing, trial length, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may depend on the platform through which you purchased.
Disclaimers
RallyShot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyShot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or service interruptions arising from your use of RallyShot.
Termination
You may stop using RallyShot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted features if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation of a feature is no longer practical.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as RallyShot changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
