Select the rally itself
In Film Room, tap inside the timeline segment for the rally you want to share, then choose Export rally. The rally does not need to be marked as a highlight. Select the rally itself: a gap or boundary handle does not offer the same export action.
Check the range and quality
The export screen previews the selected rally. Check its start and end, choose a quality setting, and decide whether to include the score overlay. Tap Export & save to save the video to Photos. Keep the app open until it finishes.
Return to the match
Tap Back to Film Room to continue reviewing. Exporting a single rally keeps your highlight marks, so you can make a separate highlights video later. The demo shows the steps; its running time does not indicate how long your export will take.
